In pursuant to the judgment and Order dated 13.08.1997 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Writ Petition (Criminal) No.666-70 of 1992 and as per the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the Internal Complaints Committee is hereby set up in the Police Department consisting of the below mentioned Officers/Officials to deal effectively with complaints of sexual harassment of women at work place.
