Police Clearance Certificate

Procedure to Apply

  1. Register yourself on Goa Police Web Portal and login.
  2. Go to Citizen Services Section and select Police Clearance Certificate.
  3. Fill in the application form.
  4. Attach relevant documents and proceed to payment section.
  5. Submit the application and note the reference no. for status tracking.

Documents Required

  1. Passport Size Photograph.
  2. EPIC Card.
  3. Copy of Passport (wherever applicable).
  4. Aadhar Card.
  5. Birth Certificate.
  6. Driving License.

Application Processing Time

Five Working Days.

  1. Applicant will be liable for criminal action for providing wrong details.
  2. Applicant to be called to Police Station for physical and document verification.
  3. Application submitted by applicant may be rejected if required details are missing or found to be invalid.
  4. Applicant will be responsible for deduction of payment due to rejection of application.
  5. Applicant to agree that all the details provided above are true.
